The following policies have been established to clearly define the expectations of parents and students as we work together. Enrolling your child for lessons means agreeing to abide by all policies.

Tuition Rates:

30 minutes for $35
45 minutes for $50
60 minutes for $60
Registration fee: Waived

Sibling & Military Discount: $5 off each student

Payment

Tuition will be based on the number of lessons to be received for each month. Monthly payment is due by the first lesson date of the month. A $10 late fee will be charged for any payment not received within three days after the first lesson. 

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check. A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check.

Missed Lessons

It is important for students to attend lessons regularly. Make-up lessons will only be given for illness, family emergencies, or if sudden and extreme weather conditions occur. Make-up lessons will not be given for forgotten lessons or missed lessons for which the instructor is not notified. If a student cannot attend the lesson for reasons other than those listed above, the lesson is forfeited.

Music

Students can purchase music and other materials required for lessons from the instructor or from elsewhere. All materials, including a notebook, are to be brought to each lesson.

Practice

The study of any musical instrument requires a commitment from the student to practice on a regular basis. A minimum of five days practice during the week is necessary for the student to make sufficient progress. The amount of time for daily practice should at least equal the length of the weekly lesson.
